These terms apply to gemprofessionalsllc.com, our quote form and the text messaging program run by GEM Professionals LLC ("GEM Professionals," "we," "us"), a trucking and logistics company in Fitchburg, Wisconsin (USDOT 4329928, MC 1690441). By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, request a quote or join our text messaging program. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Quotes and services
Prices given through this website or by phone, email or text are estimates based on the details you provide. A load is booked only when we confirm it with you in writing. Each shipment is governed by the rate confirmation and bill of lading for that load. We haul loads up to 25,000 lbs; heavier or oversized loads are reviewed case by case.
SMS messaging program
Program name. GEM Professionals Text Updates.
What you will receive. When you check the non-marketing box on our quote form, GEM Professionals LLC will text you about your quote request, pickup and delivery updates, scheduling and customer service. If you also check the separate marketing box, we may send occasional messages about open capacity, service updates and offers. You can agree to one, both or neither. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to sign up for GEM Professionals Text Updates.
Message frequency. You will receive messages as needed for your quote requests and shipments. Message frequency varies.
Costs. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (608) 909-9128, or reply STOP to any message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: gemprofessionalsllc.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, trying to break its security or using it for any unlawful purpose. Photos and content on this site belong to GEM Professionals LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" for general information. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GEM Professionals LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for freight in our care is governed by the rate confirmation, the bill of lading and applicable federal law, not by these website terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law.
